You’ll be exposed to a range of interesting software and challenging problems, and will be given the tools to develop your skills and knowledge. Entry into this team can provide you with a stepping stone to other areas of the business – other support analysts have moved into DevOps, QA, Sales, and Product roles.
The company is looking for people with a basic to good understanding of writing code, so that you can help resolve customers’ problems effectively – but a computer science degree is not required.
