A highly experienced, dynamic and energetic Business Analyst ideally from a Financial services background, is required for a telephony automation programme of work.
The ideal candidate will have experience of automating contact centre processes through IVR and experience of customer-service process and experience improvements (e.g. proactive outbound customer contacts/confirmations).
You will have the drive and the ability to put necessary changes in place so excellent communication skills are key to the role.

If if do not currently hold a ISEB BA Business Diploma, you should be willing to work to achieve this. Prince 2 highly desirable.
