Operating from Cheltenham and London Alto Executive has an enviable track record in the successful search and placement of interim and permanent executive positions. Over the last 10 years Alto has built up a hand-picked team of highly respected senior consultants each having won the trust and confidence of some of the most demanding and discerning clients. Blue-chip clients, including AOL, BP, Cisco, General Motors, Logica CMG, RWE National Power and Wolseley, have turned to Alto to provide a bespoke, turnkey service. No two clients or indeed candidates are the same, so we start from scratch with each assignment to ensure individual circumstances and needs are met in the minimum time.

Given the substantial packages involved in the areas that we operate combined with the importance of filling our clients job roles with the right people, we take special care when it comes to vetting and pre-screening candidates.
